The Park doesn’t have on-site staff, so there are limited visitor hours. The Park is open dawn to dusk for visitors to walk in through the walk-through fence by the locked gate. Cars can be parked on the circle drive at the entrance off Highway 6 N.

The gate is unlocked on weekends from 9-6 to allow visitors to drive into the park.

HOURS

  1. Be respectful of the art, the land, the wildlife, and your fellow Park visitors.

  2. Leave no trace – put trash and recycling in receptacles or “pack in, pack out” and take it home.

  3. Please do not collect or remove anything from the property (including wood, plants, animals, artifacts, rocks, fossils, etc.).

  4. Climbing on sculptures is prohibited for your safety and to preserve the integrity of the art.

  5. The trails are dirt and have rocks and roots in the path. Closed-toe hiking shoes or boots are recommended. Wear comfortable clothes appropriate for the season.

  6. Bring your own bottle of water. In the summer, the Art Park is like an oven.

  7. Smoking is prohibited.

  8. Watch your step. Rattlesnakes and cactus live here. Also, mesquite trees live here, and they have thorns as sharp and as large as nails.

  9. Have fun – enjoy the art and the landscape!
