This fall, we will have our second Big Country Arts Celebration. on Saturday, October 26th. We’ll begin at 2:00 and finish up around 8:18. Art making for kids of all ages, artist talks and tours, dance performances, hot dog cookout at sunset, and dark sky viewing with a telescope. Dallas artist and Nasher Sculpture Center grant recipient, Bonny Leibowitz will present Phase I of her new installation, Trees I Have Loved, and give an artist talk at 5:00. All activities, including hot dog cookout, are free. Entrance to the park and parking is free.
